Art Work of the Month :: September 2014
“Transitions” 2014.
A cast cement outdated aerosol can sculpture has been placed in front of a decaying LCD monitor. A default desk top pattern falls victim to the decay of usage and time. Shadows of their former selves both subjects have evolved and forever synthesized. A mobile phone captures this ephemeral moment as a digital image validating one and only one reality. The image has then been shared as data to expose it’s transcending potentials. It lives here and beyond for now and only now.
