When people say things to you such as “that’s just the way it is” or “that’s how it has always been” be aware that this is an official sign for you to intervene. “That’s just the way it is” or “that’s how it has always been” are the most default statements that require your action and participation to redefine them. We always have a choice, we can give our power to the “default factory settings” or we can listen, observe, experience, re-define and personalize.
